UBS Private Wealth Management has hired John Hardin as a financial adviser in South Florida.
He will work in the Coral Gables office for UBS Miami private wealth management, which is overseen by Brad Rosenberg. Katelyn O’Hara, senior wealth strategy associate will also join Hardin.
Hardin and O’Hara will join Integra Partners, which is managed by UBS financial advisers Vicente Del Rio, Brian Beraha, and Horacio Aguirre. This private wealth team entered UBS in early 2021 from J.P. Morgan Private Bank and has effectively grown its practice to manage approximately $7.2bn in client assets.
Hardin started his profession with JPMorgan in 2016. He has vast expertise with ultra-high net worth customers and family offices, focusing on developing investment strategies and solutions that meet their financial needs and aspirations. He also has the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Additionally, he holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University.
O’Hara arrived at UBS after working with advisers for three years at JPMorgan Private Bank, where she developed a profitable company serving high-net-worth families and individuals in the Southeast and beyond.
She had previously been employed at Warsaw, Poland-based Goldman Sachs in the global markets group. O’Hara obtained her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin, Ireland, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
