Peb Global Hotel has joined the League of Delta State hospitality business by opening for operations at Jeddo in Okpe Local Government Area, near Warri in Delta State with the aim to boost the hospitàlitindustry as well as mprove the economic base of the state. The exquisite five-star hotel owned by Dr. Paul E. Bebenimibo, Publisher of PEBNEWSis set to significantly reduced unemployment rate and boost the hospitality industry. This was disclosed by the Chairman of the occasion, High Chief Mcdonald Igbadiwei in his opening speech, he commended Dr. Bebenimibo for assisting the state government by reducing the unemployment rate and helping to improve the hospitality industry. The Member of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly said that the opening of the hotel will ensure business growth of the Jeddo community. Speaking further, he called on Deltans and others to patronise the great hotel for official and private engagements. In his welcome address, Dr. Bebenimibo said, “this edifice you’re seeing here today, the project started two years ago, we thank God Almighty for His grace in putting up this project. “We are set for business, in a projects like this, we all know that it plays some vital role in the society. It’s part of boosting Okpe, Warri, and Effurun hospitality business. “By God’s grace, this will open more doors to the hospitality business in this environment.” POLL In a chat with Dr. Clarkson Agagha, a special guest at the event , he said, “I’m extremely happy because this project is not just for the development of this area but equally for the economic factor. “Actually, it is contributing to the basic needs of the unemployment of the country. Because people from this area will be engaged as well.” One of the staff who crave anonymity commended the management, stressing that she was a teacher with a low salary at a private school, before disengaging to work at Peb Global Hotel because it offers a better remuneration and staff welfare.
